Artilleriet Restaurant.

Project (2018-05-17)

Extensive alterations to the restaurant Artilleriet (formerly restaurant Borggården), the restaurant at the Swedish Army Museum, undertaken with Mod Architects responsible to the client.

The restaurant, situated in the main block of the complex, now has more kitchen space thanks to an open kitchen built in the dining room. The open kitchen now occupies one of the six vaults.

In the dining room, we have coordinated technical services, planned for flexible lighting requirements and treated surfaces, notably the limestone paving as well as painting the vaults. Kitchen functions have been improved while problems with rising damp have been addressed. While careful attention has been paid to the existing qualities.
